Stripe offers Connect platforms the ability to use Stripe Connect to facilitate payments to creditors who have provided goods or services. You are not a Stripe customer and the Connected Account Agreement does not apply to you if you receive payments from a Connect platform to provide a service. Stripe makes it easy for you to transfer funds based on instructions given to Stripe by the Connect platform. You may have a separate agreement with a Connect platform for the Connect platform to pay for goods or services. This agreement governs your use of Stripe Connect and describes how you and your third parties can use Stripe Connect to enable you to use Stripe`s services, including the ability to accept payments for goods or services or receive beneficial donations and other related services. Stripe`s standard rates for services are published on our website, although Stripe has accepted a fee with a Connect platform that differs from these amounts. Stripe`s fees are either disclosed separately or consolidated with royalties for platform services. Stripe has the right to deduct from both your Stripe account balance the stripe fees for services and the service platform charges that have been indicated to us by the Connect platform. If your Stripe account balance turns negative, you allow Stripe to debit the amount due from your payment account. If you feel that the fee has been improperly deducted or that your Connect platform has not properly passed on your fees, please contact us. This application contains the terms and conditions of account agreements for deposit accounts, including E-regulation information that applies to consumers who use electronic transfers.
